In her 11-year tenure with JAPA\, Maron has navigated the companies' growth from a team of six to a team of 38 across two locations. As such\, she has worn many different hats over her years with JAPA\, tackling nearly every job required aside from rebuilding engines   a task best left to the experts!\n\n\n\nArmed with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Alberta ('13) and a Degree in Public Relations from Toronto Metropolitan University ('16\, formerly Ryerson University)\, Maron's work is currently focused on business development\, and JAPA's growth strategies.   Since 2016 she has been at the forefront of JAPA Machinery Group's startup\, establishing it as the first North American dealer for XCMG Group's earthmoving and general construction equipment. She continues to lead JAPA through dealer negotiations and strategic initiatives.\n\nThroughout her entire working life\, Maron has worked in male-dominated fields\, and has often found herself as the sole woman in a room full of men. Her passion extends beyond professional achievements to creating a safe and comfortable working environment for all team members\, with a special commitment to fostering a supportive atmosphere for women working in construction and traditionally male-dominated sectors.\n\n\n\nIn addition to her professional pursuits\, Maron is a proud auntie\, animal-lover\, sports fan\, and travel enthusiast.\n\n \n\n\n\nUncover the extraordinary journeys\, triumphs\, and challenges faced by these dynamic leaders who have shaped the landscape of their business in Acheson.
