STEPHANIE RODENKIRCHEN, FOUNDER & CEO
Stephanie founded Lotus with a clear vision to elevate organizations and careers in a sustainable way. As a leader and an award-winning Search and Human Resource professional, she is known for her passion and drive in serving and delivering for clients. With a Bachelor’s degree, Majoring in Sociology from the University of British Columbia, Stephanie is a past Coach and All-American Athlete, and has served as a Board Director for various not-for-profits.
JACKIE GORDON, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jackie is an experienced Human Resource professional with over 25 years dedicated to optimizing organizational performance. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA in Psychology, and furthered her specialization by completing the U of C’s Human Resource Certificate program. Jackie honed her diverse skill-set in the industrial, power generation and manufacturing sectors. People and relationships come first, both professionally and personally; this is especially evident through her volunteer work with several non profit organizations.

Jennifer has built a career in business development for the last 17 years in a number of industries: transportation, finance, management consulting, and now all areas of people solutions. She values relationships, and is energized by connecting the skilled team members at Lotus Group with clients and watching them work their magic. Jennifer holds Bachelors Degrees from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Business and Spanish, and moved from Miami to Canada in 2009. She likes to stay active, always trying new sports and activities, and prioritizes spending quality time with her husband and daughters.
